About Our Community
Rooted in steel, built on community
Midland was founded as a steel town in 1906 along a bend of the Ohio River in western Beaver County. More than a century later, our close-knit neighborhoods, historic Midland Avenue, Lincoln Park and the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center make Midland a welcoming place to live, work and raise a family.
Borough Council and staff are here to keep our streets safe and clean, our services reliable, and our residents informed.
